The Palacio de los Medinilla represents the type of palace that was built in the town up until the 18th century, as both Renaissance and Mannerist elements coexist on its facade. The palace was remodelled in the 17th century, when the coats of arms that now decorate its facade were added. Also on the facade, the iron rings where horses were once tied are striking.
The interior of this palace is structured around a typically Renaissance central patio, decorated with beautiful columns. At the rear it houses a space that was originally intended to function as a garden and corral.
A function that is far from the sophisticated use that it has today, since the refined beauty of the palace has transformed it into an ideal and highly valued place for the celebration of weddings and events.
