The history of Melchor Tito’s workshop is lost in time. Located on the mythical Valencia street in the pottery district of Úbeda, it has been witnessing generations of potters create within its walls for centuries. A potter who has lived devoted to the conservation of such a rich cultural heritage inherited from his ancestors, he maintains the firing in an original Arab oven that, due to its size and age, makes it unique in southern Europe.

He creates and investigates new concepts that provide more versatility to his pieces, reaching registers that make them unique, for quality, design and elaboration, marking a very distinguishable character. He was a pioneer in creating synergies between crafts, giving rise to highly successful collections combining forge and clay.
